LEGAL NOTICE

By attending this function you acknowledge and agree that at this function you will not knowingly or recklessly engage in sexual contact, sexual intercourse or deviant sexual intercourse, nor will you engage in any conduct considered to be indecent exposure. You further acknowledge and agree that you will not expose specified anatomical areas or engage in specified sexual activities in a manner which is prohibited. Finally, you acknowledge and agree that you will not engage in any act of prostitution or the promotion of prostitution. Anyone violating these provisions will be asked to leave this function and any such violations should immediately be reported to management.

Management of Swingers Break, expressly reserves the right to refuse admission to any person as management may determine in it’s sole and absolute discretion.

Recording devices of any kind what so ever are expressly prohibited.

Swingers Breaks Rules:

To protect our attendees and guests, we ask everyone to read the below statement and if they agree to it when signing in at Swingers Break Weekend of fun. 
Photo I.D. is required to enter.

  1. No cameras, camera phones, video equipment or recorders are allowed at the pool or any of the main parties!  All cell phones used in the public areas must be approved by the staff of Swingers Break due to camera phones. We reserve the right to inspect all containers, bags, and backpacks for video or camera equipment.

    What you do in your own hotel room is completely up to you..

  1. Nudity is allowed at the pool and desinated areas.
    Sex is allowed in the play rooms and desinated areas..

    Absolutely NO sexual activity of any kind in public area.
    ( This means the pool areas, lobbies, hallways, public bathrooms, ballrooms, restaurants and bars). 
    Please make sure you act and dress appropriately when in public areas. 
    Violators risk ejection from the Swingers Break without a refund.

  1. Hotel Policies:  We ask all attendees to please adhere to all hotel rules, guidelines and hours of service. 
    If you violate the policies you will be warned and if you are asked again you will be asked to leave without a refund.   

  1. Discretion:  What happens here stays here. 
    We are a private and discrete social organization.  People attending expect that their names, professions and actions will not be broadcast on the airways, internet, or even by word of mouth.

  1. Drugs:  NOT ALLOWED, Just Say No!  Illegal drugs will NOT be tolerated and you will be asked to leave without a refund. 
    (You will also be banned from any further events.)

  1. Alcohol:  If you become intoxicated and disruptive, you may be asked to leave without refund.

  1. Respect:  No means no.  If someone says “No” to dance, for a phone #, to a party…respect their decision and don’t press on.  If they change their mind, they will let you know.  We want a pressure free atmosphere. 

  1. Wristbands: Wristbands must be worn at all times.  You will not be allowed into any event area without a wristband.  If you remove your wristband you will be asked to purhcase another one or leave and not allowed to return. 

  1. Unsolicited Sponsors:  We have sponsors that have paid to be here.  If you are caught soliciting your own products or business you will be removed from the party and any materials will be destroyed.  This is a zero tolerance policy!

  1. Please be aware that these are lifestyle related events (swingers, bi-sexual women and men)
    If this type of party offends you please do NOT attend.

    10a, This is a Private BYOB Party and the hosts did not supply you with any types of liquors or mixers for this event!

By signing this form, you do hereby release Swingers Break.com and associated party promoters and, its owners, hosts and members from any liability arising from a result of your attendance at Swingers Break or as a result of subsequent meetings or circumstances with any attendee or guest, now or in the future.

Also, by signing our agreement on entrance of Swingers Break, you subscribe to and agree to abide by any rules as set forth by Swingers Break staff.  You acknowledge that we will keep all your information confidential and that you are not acting as part of or on behalf of any media or government organization. You will not disclose anything outside our events.  You further acknowledge that you are acting on your own behalf as adults and for personal interest only and are not offended by nudity or sexual expression.
